Today was an amazing day for many reasons. First, we didn't get out of bed until almost 1pm. Second, we didn't actually change out of our pjs until about 7:30pm (long story concerning bad weather and the U.S. Open). Third, once we ventured into Gotham we had a fantastic Indian dinner at Haveli highlighted by an incredible muligatawny soup and mali kofta.
Lastly, our walk home was completed by a serenade from a screaming, non-English speaking, faux down-on-his-luck, trust fund NYU student, Kurt Cobain wannabe, yelling something about having a "wreel compraint".
Once we got home and started talking about our "great day" we realized that it wasn't so much amazing as it was just another New York day.
