Observation on Chicago Bus Riding

Without fail, when we get on a Chicago bus there is always someone who: thinks his/her telephone conversation is important enough that everyone else needs to hear it, OR is certain that the quality of music coming from the phone must blare for everyone to hear.  Rarely is either one the case.
