During our last few days in Bangkok, we ventured north to the popular Chatuchak weekend market where we finally encountered our first flood waters. Some of the streets surrounding the market were so full of water that cars and buses were being diverted although a few motorbikes, trucks and pedestrians braved the waters and created large wakes:
The market itself was flooded in some areas which resulted in a very limited attendance.
