Mini golf on every corner

Instead of having a Starbucks on every corner, Myrtle Beach has a Miniature Golf Course on every corner, literally. And the weirdest thing was that all of them seemed to be fairly busy on a Monday night.  They all have themes like Shipwrecked, Hawaiian Islands, or Jungle Animals.  I think we ended up counting between fifteen and twenty just on the main strip!

Charleston, SC is now one of my favorite places. The architecture is amazing! Most of the houses and buildings are colonial style with front porches and window shutters. There are tons of great restaurants and parks in the city, not to mention there is water surrounding most of Charleston which makes it feel more like home :)  If we ever move to the mainland, we would definitely have to consider Charleston.

i also love the architecture of the south. you have to stop in richmond and check out the the balcony's with the iron works. looks a lot like new orleans without the smell of bourbon st.
