K'Tour de France

Today we rented a car and drove to Grenoble, France to be a part of the 20th (and deciding) stage of the 2011 the Tour De France.
After 4 hours of driving and an hour of walking in circles, we finally found the start of the 42.5k individual time trial.  Lucky for us, Tony Martin (who ended up winning the stage!!) happened to be warming up before beginning the stage, so we snapped some photos:
Towards the end of the day we went in search of a spot to watch the finish and found some bike racks conveniently placed about 100 meters from the finish line and facing a tv screen with the times and updates.
Here's the view from our perch- you can see Andy Schleck on the big screen and the 150 meters to go sign:
Here's Cadel Evens about to finish and take the yellow jersey from Andy Schleck:
And, Andy Schleck in the final 30 seconds of his possession of the yellow jersey:
After tracking down Craig Hummer at the Versus studio, we finally made it home at midnight.  We accumulated over 100 Euros ($140 USD) in tolls, and spent more than that on the car...we're still trying to figure out if it was all worth it.
